Our kitchen brigade – headed by Ben – specialises in fresh local fish and is happy to prepare any requests with prior notice. Ben is assisted by Steve and Matt.
Wherever possible fresh local and organic produce is used. All the food is home cooked and freshly prepared – at busy times this may cause delays. Good food cannot be rushed, so please advise if you are in a hurry and we will do our utmost to oblige. Every possible effort is made to avoid “GM” products.
Traditional roast dinners are served Sunday lunchtimes, booking is strongly recommended for this, throughout the weekend and school holidays.
Ask for our dessert board featuring our delicious homemade puddings, Dunstaple Farm ice creams and West Country Cheeses – the Sticky Toffee Pudding is to die for!
Our salads and garnishes are lightly dressed in our house vinaigrette – please advise if you wish your salad to be undressed.
